1. Acceptance

By selecting the consent checkbox and submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. Your electronic acceptance forms part of your booking transaction.

2. Booking information and price

You must review the event name, date, time, venue, session, participant quantity and price before payment. All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The amount displayed before payment is the total charged by us; separate charges imposed by your bank or payment provider, if any, are outside our control.

3. Confirmation and correction of information

A paid booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a reference number or confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring participant information is accurate. Contact us without delay if you identify an error. Corrections and transfers are subject to availability, event conditions and the timing of the request.

4. Cancellation, refunds and transfers

• Unless the event page states otherwise, fees are non-refundable for a change of mind, non-attendance or late arrival.
• If the organiser cancels the event, you will be offered a refund of the ticket price paid or a reasonable replacement option.
• If the event is postponed or materially changed, we will notify you and offer rescheduling, a booking transfer or a refund where reasonable and required by law.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian law.

5. Attendance, safety and minors

Participants must follow safety instructions, venue rules and reasonable directions from the organiser. A parent or guardian registering a minor confirms that they have authority to consent on the minor's behalf. Relevant health conditions, allergies or accessibility needs must be disclosed accurately before the event.

6. Programme changes and events beyond our control

The organiser may make reasonable changes to the schedule, facilitator, content or venue. If delivery is affected by severe weather, government directions, safety issues, disaster, outbreak or another circumstance beyond our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to reschedule, replace or resolve the booking fairly.

7. Personal data

Your personal data will be used to administer registration, payment, event communications, participant safety, customer support and legal compliance. It may be shared with payment gateways, service providers, event partners or authorities where necessary for those purposes. We will handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by inaccurate participant information, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
